Troubleshooting with computer vision
ITpipes has a commercial platform that municipalities use to detect pipe defects in their city water systems. The ITpipes platform helps engineers pinpoint defects through hours of video. In the past, this process has been 100% reliant on the sewer technicians to spot any issues in the video footage. Now, with EXIT83’s trained AI computer vision model, technicians spend only a third as long reviewing each video. The model itself is able to identify a vast majority of defects and even label the severity of the defect.
